Patterns for Pirates Everyday Elegance

The Everyday Elegance pattern from Patterns for Pirates is getting an update.  Previously it didn’t contain layers, or the upper plus sizes.  A short sleeve, long sleeve, and tank were added, as well as a dress length.  There were several other hacks that were added, like adding bias to the neckline, instead of the collar.  EE10

There aren’t any closures to have to deal with, and it’s great for those drapey woven fabrics.  The pattern even comes with a belt that can be added to give it a little more detail.  I made the 3/4 sleeve length with the sleeve tabs in the tunic length.

The black fabric is a chiffon from a local shop.  The floral is one that I found at Joann, and feels almost like a charmuse.  If you’ve always wanted to try this pattern, then now is the time.  It’s great for dressing up or down, and works for the professional setting too.  You can grab the pattern here while it’s on sale until 7/16/17.
